These Terms and Conditions govern your use of iFIXuFAST repair services, website, and related interactions. By using our services or accessing our website, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
- Service Terms:
1.1 Repair Services: iFIXuFAST provides repair services for gaming consoles, phones, tablets, computers, and doorbells. All repairs are subject to the terms outlined in this agreement.
1.2 Warranty: We offer a two-month (60 days) guarantee on all repairs performed by iFIXuFAST. This warranty covers any issues arising from the repair performed. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
1.3 Diagnostic Fees: A diagnostic fee may apply if no repairs are performed or if the device is deemed irreparable. The diagnostic fee will be communicated to you before any diagnostics are conducted.
1.4 Replacement Parts: We use high-quality replacement parts for repairs. However, certain repairs may require refurbished or aftermarket parts. We will inform you of the type of parts used in your repair.
1.5 Service Completion: We strive to complete repairs in a timely manner. However, the repair time may vary depending on the complexity of the issue and availability of parts. We will provide you with an estimated completion time when you drop off your device.
- Payment Terms:
2.1 Service Fees: Service fees are based on the type of repair and any additional parts or labor required. The service fee will be communicated to you before the repair is initiated.
2.2 Payment: Payment is due upon completion of the repair. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other forms of electronic payment. Payment must be made in full before the repaired device is released.
2.3 Unpaid Balances: Any unpaid balances may accrue late fees or interest charges as permitted by law. iFIXuFAST reserves the right to withhold the repaired device until all outstanding payments are made.
- User Responsibilities:
3.1 Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information when requesting repair services or interacting with our website.
3.2 Device Backup: It is your responsibility to back up any data stored on your device before bringing it in for repair. iFIXuFAST is not responsible for any loss of data during the repair process.
3.3 Device Pickup: You agree to pick up your repaired device within seven (7) days of notification. Failure to pick up your device within this timeframe may result in storage fees or forfeiture of the device.
- Limitation of Liability:
4.1 Exclusion of Damages: In no event shall iFIXuFAST be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the repair services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of use.
4.2 Total Liability: Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the repair services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific repair service.
- Governing Law:
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
- Changes to Terms and Conditions:
iFIXuFAST reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms and Conditions on our website.
